A Hooker's Guide Series
The popularity of how-to books cannot be denied. While there are many excellent series, A Hooker's Guide takes a different approach. It's all about story telling. A professional teaching readers the lessons learned from working with actual clients or customers.
Ever since we were children, we learned by hearing stories. There's nothing new here. Storytelling is how we learn. This is your chance to teach readers based on your actual professional experiences.
As author you will invite readers to listen to your conversations with the people you have helped. They'll learn of your clients' concerns, hear their questions, and listen to your answers.
The structure is simple: Parables - fictionalized composites of real clients. To understand the structure read Bruce Hurwitz's A Hooker's Guide to Finding a Job: Parables from the Real World of Executive Recruitment and Career Counseling.
